“From the very start Nick went above and beyond what we could have expected from a real estate agent. We are moving from Montreal to Ottawa. He offered to take us ‘site seeing’ in some neighbourhoods, to get a feel for them. Then when the search was officially on he was available to us on weekends. We spent many a Saturday with Nick, rain or shine. He gave us good solid information regarding areas and the houses. It was somewhat culture shock for us with the difference in houses and lot sizes from what we had. Nick was ever so patient and understanding. He wanted us to be comfortable and have the right house. Once the choice was made he was fierce. He negotiated the price we wanted and with many extras. He is amazing. He also surrounds himself with other great people that he can refer you to; real estate lawyer, mortgage specialist and home inspectors. He never rushed us and suggested that we talk with a reference person for any questions we had since the process is a little different between provinces. That helped put our mind at ease as well. He was always available to us by phone or email. Nick is very honest, hard working, dedicated and was always watching out for our best interests. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have met Nick and to have worked with him during this big change for us. We would not hesitate to recommend him.”
