“I met Nicolas at a busy Open House I was attending and from the brief conversation we had, I felt Nick was very genuine and caring. Monday still more visits, 4 one after the other in the afternoon and I’m supposed to review offers that evening as per his plan. I’m thinking not going to happen that fast, it just hit the market. It’s almost time to go to his office and still no word. Then, the text “come down now, offer coming in”. Off I go to meet him. I get to his office, he’s smiling, says “you’ll be happy” but offers nothing more. “I’m waiting for another offer coming in soon” he tells me. He’s in and out of the office, making calls, doing what he does best. Asks me to be patient, I could tell he’s relishing the back and forth with Realtors. Tells me about how he met Magnus Ver Magnuson (I enjoy strong men competitions from TV so I knew who he was). What a story. What a father I’m thinking to myself as he glows telling me the story behind that picture in his office. I’m also telling myself, we’re talking as if we’ve known each other for a lifetime. He truly was my best fit as a Realtor. Finally, the final offers are in, time to present them to me. He’s smiling, high fiving. His plan, strategy that he had in mind from day one worked like a charm. I accepted an offer well above asking. He did so because he believed and respected my attitude during this difficult period in my life and wanted to ensure I was going to enjoy moving forward and a new beginning with my daughter.
